Gustavo (owner) installed a new AC for us at a very fair price. He is very friendly and professional. He would have easily had installed the AC in one day but the poor guy just couldn't catch a break with the problems our home presented him. First it was an electrical problem which was caused by our previous owner, then some other problems with the existing refrigerant lines. However, he came back and solved every problem even working late on a weekend. My family is very happy with our brand new AC which works very well, so much more efficient compared to our old one. We highly recommend anyone to consider calling for any HVAC needs!

My fiancé and I hired Gustavo and his team to install a new AC system in our house last year. He arrived on time for our estimate appointment and provided us with multiple options for the AC unit and furnace. Gustavo's pricing was reasonable and most importantly, the work was performed timely and to absolute perfection. His team also was EXTREMELY clean and made sure to sweep or vacuum up any debris from the installation. I would highly recommend Gustavo for any HVAC needs that you may have, he is the most honest contractor that I have ever worked with. 5 stars!!

Gustavo and his team did an excellent job! The job was quick but very efficient. Their prices are very reasonable as well, I have them installed central air at my house, they were like $5k-$6k cheaper from my other estimates. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks a lot!

I called for service on my 20 year old unit which was making a loud grinding noise on startup and shutting off. The technician Juan came out the same day. He is polite, and explained the grinding noise coming from the compressor is likely caused by by the piston deteriorating inside. He also showed me with a thermometer tool that the compressor was over heating and that was causing it my ac to overheat and shut off. The process to replace the compressor was not logical and costly as my refrigerant was an obsolete gas r22 and that in order get the unit going again they would have to flush out the old stuff and change it over to the newer 410a gas after changing the part. He gave me a quote for the repair and let me know my ducts were in good condition (I had them replaced the year prior) The diagnostic was $89 which is fair since they came out right away. A few days after that I called again to ask some questions about the repair and I spoke with the owner Gustavo. He explained to me how I would get more benefit and energy savings from a newer unit. After doing some research on my own and confirming the information I called him back and he quoted me a good price to replace the ac. A installation team came by 2 days later and replaced my air conditioner, they took only 1 day to replace it and even took the old unit with them. The whole process was easy and quick which I really appreciated as I needed cooling right away. I would use them again when it’s time to replace my heater.

The L.A. weather seems to get hotter and colder for longer periods each year, plus the ever increasing cost of natural gas, we have finally decided to replace our gas furnace with an energy efficient heat pump/AC for our home. I contacted Gustavo through a friend's referral. Gustavo, owner of GC Heating and Cooling, was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what types of equipment that best fit our needs. The price was really reasonable, even after 8 months of delay on my part, Gustavo honored the price originally quoted. I got a 5-ton American Standard heat pump with AC for my 2600 sft 2-story home. The crew was fantastic, the entire installation took two days. The heating equipment that used to occupy a closet in the hallway got moved into the attic, the noise from the HVAC equipment really got reduced and we gained an extra closet space! With the new ducting and vents we can feel the heat quickly through out the house in the ongoing winter storms. We cannot wait for the hot summer to try out the AC! Overall we love the service and will recommend GC Heating and Cooling to all of our friends for their HVAC needs. Gustavo will be my HVAC go-to guy from now on!

Gustavo has been my "go to guy" for AC service and repair for a many years. His company has always exceeded my expectations, so when it came time to replace my 30+ year-old system, I naturally chose him. I decided on a Heat Pump system with two zones for my 2600 sq.ft. two-story home. This is a relatively new form of heating and cooling so I was a little hesitant at first to deviate from the traditional furnace system. Gustavo quoted a two-day installation. His crew arrived on time and finished the job within the time period promised. His crew was very professional and took care not to damage any of our property. Gustavo, who is the company owner, personally over saw the work, which was of high quality. The overall cost was very competitive and I would highly recommend GC Heating and Cooling, whether for equipment service/repair or full installation of a new system.

Gustavo and his team are the best. I had a big problem with my existing 14 year old HVAC system and needed to fully replace it. After getting multiple quotes from a number of different highly rated HVAC companies I decided to go with GC heating and cooling. Gustavo came out to assess the job himself. It was clear he was very knowledgable and experienced. He was easy to communicate with and he provided a very competitive bid. I decided to go with them for the job. Gustavo's team installed a full new HVAC system in my house. The team got the job done in a timely fashion. They were very responsive, respectful, clean and knowledgable. Everyone worked really hard to finish the project and it was clear they all care about the quality of work and their clients Juan was super kind, knowledgable and helpful with the whole install. We chose GC Heating and Cooling to install a new heat pump for both Air Conditioning and Heating, including new ducts system. The main reasons we chose GC Heating & Cooling is because their technician Orlando, who came to provide estimates was knowledgeable, courteous, straight forward and take time to answer all our questions . Their price was competitive and they were able to match the price closer to other bids. The entire installation process went smoothly. The crew was on time and did their job professionally. They tried their best to keep everything neat, and complete the job in two days as promised. The owner Gustavo also came out after the installation completed to make sure everything was good and he was very pleasant. Based on our experience, we recommend them to others.

Gustavo, the owner, a most sincere and honest person, followed up a few days later. He is very concerned about trying to get the best system for you at a very fair price. He went over a couple of different options and the benefits of each one in detail. He bends over backwards to make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied, and I am both!! His installers were very punctual, polite and cleaned up after themselves after they were done. They did a great job!! I would highly recommend Gustavo and GC Heating.
